So right here where the post you’re now reading is planted used to be a long post about what I’ve accomplished in the last 30 days. Complete with pictures heading each section and all. Then I ERASED MY WEBSITE. Yes, all the work I’ve put in for the last month staying up til all hours of the morning gone. I was freaking out man. I had went in to create a new WordPress install for SolaceofSound.com using Fantastico. But apparently somehow in the process Fantastico deleted the database for my website and moved it to a new database. I reconnected with the new database, but the site was all messed up looking and almost all of my posts were gone. EVERYTHING WAS GONE! All my files and pictures are there, but my posts all my writing and website setup totally gone. Catastrophe. I contacted my hosting service JustHost and immediately upgraded to priority support. They were able to restore a backup of the database from Friday. In the end all I lost was that latest post about what I’ve done in the last 30 days. I can live with that. I’ll definitely be making backups on a regular basis. That was scary.
